A student can send a message or request help at any time through the mobile app. Once a message is sent an admin who receives that message can respond to the student!
To send a message, the student taps the navigation icon in the upper left then clicks Help. This will bring up a text box they can use to send their message.
Messages are received in the MySchoolID web portal. (More information on this here )
You are able to see all help requests within the mobile app by accessing the Helpdesk feature.
