Visitor Management

Our Visitor Management apps allow you to track all visitors, staff, students and others that come into your school. You can run detailed, customizable reports in seconds.

You can start a trial of our visitor management apps by going to https://signup.ccssvm.com. Here you will be able to create a new school account and have access to the Web Client and Web Manager for 30 days. Click here for more information.

Volunteer Management

Our Volunteer Management system is going to streamline your volunteer onboarding and management process. With a dedicated web portal your district and school level volunteer coordinators will be able to manage all volunteer information in one spot! We can digitize your volunteer applications to allow your volunteers to submit their application online. We have also partnered with Sterling Volunteers to offer high quality background checks.

Emergency Management/Digital Student IDs

Emergency Management will be key in ensuring you can react in real time when an emergency occurs at your school. In addition to handling emergencies this service also allows you to create digital student IDs that students can view via a mobile app.

Key Features:

  • Consists of a Web Portal for administrators where all student data and emergencies are handled, and a mobile app which is used by students to access their digital ID and request help from an administrator
  • 2 Way Real-Time Communication between students and school administrators.
  • Digital IDs for Students and Staff which can include barcodes for use with our visitor management system!
